Who operates this site
This site is operated by ClickMaster. The full legal identification — registered name, company number and address — will be published here once the entity is incorporated. Until then, the channel described under Your rights is the official route for any request about personal data.
What we collect
Very little, and only what you type.
The waiting list
When you fill in the sign-up form we keep your name and email, along with the page language and the address the form was sent from. We ask for no password: there is no account to create yet, and the sign-up is a waiting list.
Support messages
When you write through the contact widget we keep your email and the text of your message, with the language and the page it came from. The email exists so the reply can reach you.
Cookie preference
Your cookie choice lives in a first-party cookie called cm_consent, which holds only which categories you allowed, the date of the choice and the version of this policy. It lasts 180 days.
Technical records
As on any site, requests pass through the infrastructure serving it and produce technical records — IP address, browser type, timestamp — used to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.
What we do not collect
There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, no cross-site tracking, no profiling and no third-party cookie on this site. None.
If that changes, the matching category appears in the cookie preference centre and nothing is collected before your choice.
Why we collect it
- Sign-up — to tell you when the platform opens. Basis: your consent.
- Support — to answer your question. Basis: your consent and the legitimate interest in replying to someone who wrote in.
- Preference cookie — to remember your choice. Necessary for the choice itself to work.
- Technical records — to deliver the site and keep it secure. Basis: legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or trade your data.
The infrastructure is Cloudflare, which hosts the pages, the database where sign-ups and messages are stored, and the access control on the admin area. In that role Cloudflare acts as a processor, handling the data to provide us the service.
How long we keep it
Sign-ups and messages are kept while they serve the purpose above.
There is no automatic deletion configured today. Saying otherwise would describe a system that does not exist. A removal request is carried out by hand.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
The route for this is the contact widget on this site, available on every page. A deletion request is carried out by removing the record from the database.
To withdraw cookie consent, use Cookie settings in the footer.
Changes
When this policy changes materially, the update date at the top changes with it. If the cookie categories change, your choice is asked for again.
